多种重建法CTU对泌尿系疾病的诊断价值 △ 梁萍 方华盛 陈更瑞 （广西北海市人民医院放射科北海536000 ） 摘要 目的：探讨多层螺旋CT尿路造影（CTU ）对泌尿系疾病的诊断价值。方法：收 集37例泌尿系疾病患者，均行64排螺旋CT尿路造影检查，容积数据采用最大密 度投影（MIP ）、容积再现（VR ）、多平面重建（MPR ）、曲面重建（CPR ） 或最小密度投影（Minp ）重建，观察泌尿系疾病的影像学特征。结果：单纯输 尿管结石13例，单纯肾结石8例，肾结石并输尿管结石5例，马蹄肾1例，一侧异 位肾1例，膀胱肿瘤3例，输尿管狭窄3例，输尿管肿瘤1例，肾盂旁囊肿1例，神 经源性膀胱炎1例。所有病例均能采用CTU 良好显示梗阻部位病变的局部特征、 集合系统扩张的全貌及与周围组织结构的关系，能明确疾病的定位及定性诊断 ；各种重建技术各有优势。结论：综合运用不同重建技术的CTU对泌尿系疾病 具有显著的应用价值。 关键词 多层螺旋CT ；尿路造影；图像重建；泌尿系统疾病 The diagnostic value of CTU multiple reconstruction methods in the diagnosis of urinary tract diseases LINAG Ping ，FANG Huasheng ，CHEN Gengrui （Dapartment of Radiology,Beihai People ＇s Hospital,Beihai,Gguangxi 536000,China ） [Abstract] Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT urinary tract radiography (CTU) in urinary system diseases. Methods 37 patients with urinary system disease were collected, and 64 slice spiral CT urinary tract radiography was performed, and the volume data were reconstructed by VR, MPR, MIP,CPR or Minp, and the imaging features of urinary system were observed. Results Single ureteral calculi in 13 cases, 8 cases of simple kidney stones, kidney stones and ureteral calculi in 5 cases, 1 cases of horseshoe kidney, 1 cases of unilateral ectopic kidney, 3 cases of bladder tumor, 3 cases of ureteral stenosis, 1 cases of ureteral cancer, parapelvic cyst in 1 cases, neurogenic bladder in 1 case.
