ABSTRACTInordertomakefulluseofvanadium’seffect(refinegrainandprecipitation),theperformaceofcarbonitrideprecipitatinginausteniteofHRB400reinforcedsteelbarsmicroalloyedwithvanadiumwasinvestigatedbythestressrelaxationonGleeblether--malsimulatorinthispaper.Atlastthecurvesofprecipitation-temperature-time(PTT)wereplottedaccordingtothecurvesofstressrelaxationatdifferenttemperaturebutatthesamedeformationamount.Theprecipitatesformedinthesampleduringstressrelaxationatdifferenttemperatureswereobservedundertransmissionelectronmicroscope(TEM).Theresultsoftheexperimentsshowthattheprecipitationstarttimeisrelativetotemperature,deformation.Atthesamedegreeofdeformation,theshapeofprecipitation-temperature-time(PTT)istypicalofCcurve,andthereexistafaststprecipitationpoint.Whencompressiondeformationε=0.05(e=-0.05),thefastestprecipitationpointat850℃andcorrespondingbeginningtimeofprecipitationis6second.Whencompressiondeformationε=0.20(e=-0.22),thefastestprecipitationpointat870℃andcorrespondingbeginningtimeofprecipitationis0.7second.Whencompressiondeformationε=0.50(e=-0.05),thefastestprecipitationpointat870℃andcorrespondingbeginningtimeofprecipitationis1.2second.Theprecipitationstarttimeisacceleratedbytheincreasingdegreeofdeformationwhenthetemperatureisconstant.Theprecipitatesoffoilsamplesexperiencedstress-relaxationwereobservedunderTEM,wefindthattheprecipitationisnotonlyintheintragranularbutalsoaroundthedislocation.Atlasttheresultswerematchedwiththeoutcomecaculatedbythermaldynamictheoryandprincipleofdynamics.Keywords:microalloyedsteel,thedynamicofprecipitation,stressrelaxation,reforcedsteelbar目录摘要...........................................................................................................................IABSTRACT....................................................................................................................II1绪论........................................................................................................................11.1微合金钢概述.................
