* * ---- Zhang Xiaoling 主谓一致 某些集体名词如 ： audience 、class、 club 、 committee 、 company 、 couple、crew 、 crowd 、 family 、 enemy 、 group 、 government 、 party 、 public 、staff、 team等如果把他们作为一个整体，谓语动词用单数；如就其中一个个成员而言，谓语动词用复数。 ----- 单复数情况 population 做主语时，如指全部人口，谓语动词用单数；如指部分人口，谓语动词用复数。 eg : My family is a big one. My family are watching TV. 1. 2. 4.一些由两个部分构成的名词作主语时谓语动词用复数，但用a kind/pair/series.. of 搭配时谓语动词用单数。如：clothes 、 glasses 、 trousers 、shoes 、 compasses 、 chopsticks 、 scissors….. eg : The population of China is very large and 80% of the population are farmers. none 做主语既可用单数也可用复数。 3. eg : None has / have been found. eg: None of us have/has ever been abroad. None of the money was paid to me. 注意： 可数名词 谓语动词可用单、复数 none of + 不可数名词 谓语动词用单数 5.单复数同形的名词作主语时，按意义一致原则。表单数意义用单数；表复数意义，用复数。如：sheep、 deer、 means 、works、 series 、species、crossroads、headquarters… eg : Every means has been tried. All means have been tried. 6.由and连接的两个名词作主语，如表示不同的人或事物，其概念是复数，谓语动词用复数；如指同一个人 同一件事物或同一个概念时，谓语动词用单数。此时，后一个名词前不用冠词。 eg : The shoes are on the floor.
