优秀毕业论文 精品参考文献资料 Abstract The Labor Contract Law Amendment was passed on December 28, 2012, and formally implemented on July 1, 2013. It changes focus mainly on the Legislation of labor dispatch. Implementation of this amendment, not only a higher barrier to entry requirements for the dispatch operators, in the meantime, the definition of three characteristics, equal pay of workers and job dispatch, the proportion and number of dispatch were clearly defined and emphasized. Labor dispatch model will be further standardized, and it will return to business as a supplementary form of labor and employment positions. The main business of dispatch operators will suffer a greater impact, but will also face new problems. If dispatch institutions want to have a long-term development, transformation and upgrading will be the inevitable trend. In this thesis, literature searches, expert interviews and comparative study are main research methods. First, it will discuss and analyze the Labor Contract Law Amendment in-depth, comparing the old and new methods to identify highlights of the Labor Contract Law Amendment , and then through analysis of the results of the New Law influencing labor dispatch agencies, dispatching employees and labor units. Secondly, it will introduce the A dispatch companys current situation, and analyze its business module and the economic situation, to identify potential business problems and issues. Finally, according the problems faced by the A dispatch company, we will combine the impact of the Labor Contract Law Amendment with the institution, to upgrade the A company to make a preliminary design, which will start from strategic making, respectively including labor dispatch, business outsourcing, personnel agency and management consulting after the restructuring of the four main modules, making the A dispatch company can retain the long-term sustainability, even may face the significant reduction in the volume of business.
