First, the research based on the connotation of knowledge integration and the characteristics of high voltage power distribution cabinet of production process and involves the theoretical knowledge integration are summarized . According to the production process of different stages of high voltage power distribution cabinet discusses the content knowledge integratio n of production process. The key of the production process to knowledge are analyzed, and expounds the production process of knowledge integration ability . Then the article deeply analyzes the production process flow in the level of knowledge integration and model . Second, combining the characteristics of the enterprise production process constructs the model of factors affecting knowledge integration .
