A 卷烟公司物流网络布局与优化研究摘要物流在烟草行业中具有重要的地位，物流网络优化是提高烟草企业核心竞争 力的有效途径之一。A 卷烟公司的物流系统沿用原有计划经济的运作模式，存在 物流网络布局不合理，配送效率低等问题，导致物流成本过高。因此，A 卷烟企 业迫切需要改善烟草配送的物流网络。论文针对 A 卷烟企业的物流网络优化需求，分析了 A 卷烟企业物流网络优 化目标、原则、企业现状、环境等重要参考因素，利用专家评价系统，初步筛选 出物流配送中心备选点。建立符合烟草物流特点的物流网络优化模型，包括物流 成本模型和选址决策模型，设计、开发了相应的遗传算法，求得几组相对较优解。 然后，通过层次分析法将不同的影响因素分类并给出权重计算，得出了一套物流 网络优化设计方案。最后，将优化后的物流设计方案，与优化前的方案在物流成 本，平均年折旧，配送车辆以及人员数量方面做了对比，表明了 A 卷烟企业的 物流网络有显著改善。关键词：卷烟物流优化，物流网络，遗传算法，层次分析法。COMPANY A TOBACCO LOGISTIC NETWORK DISTRIBUTION AND OPTIMIZATION RESEARCHABSTRACTLogistic plays the important role in Tobacco industry, and optimizing the logistics network is the efficient way to improve the core competitiveness of the tobacco company.The tobacco company A’s logistics system are designed according to administration area in the province during the planned economy, the logistic distribution network isvery unreasonable, low efficiencyand very costive. Therefore, the company A is eagerly to optimize the logistic network.The peper is based on the needs of Company Afor the optimization of the logistic network system. After analysis Company A’s optimization target, principle, and considering the current Company A’s situation, background, and local governmentrules, and through the expert evaluation proposed the optional distribution centers At the same time, according to the tobacco logistic characteristics, establishing the logistics network optimization model, including logistics cost model and decision model.After that, design and build the Genetic Algorithms and resulted in several similar optimized proposal, bring the Analytical Hierarchy Process method, by factors classify and weighting system, finally define the final optimization solution. In the end compare the final optimized logistic network with the original network system from the logistic cost, average yearly depreciation, distribution vehicle quantity and the numbers of the employee, to approve the advantage and effectiveness of the new logistic network system.KEY
