One is long, the other is short. Then T shows the third pencil and says “the green pencil is shorter than the yellow pencil”. At last, T shows the fourth pencil and says “the white pencil is the shortest”. (write down the three words) 4. T explains the grammar in Chinese. 5. Ss find out the rule according to giving the examples.(short, long) 6. T gives some adj. words and Ss practice to change the form.( tall, young, old, small) 7. T teaches irregular adj. words. After teaching, T gives some same words to practice in their notebooks. 8. T shows some articles. At first, T gives an example. Then Ss practice to say the sentences. 9.
