FIDIC合同条件及其经营管理（1999年新版） （在培训班讲稿摘要） 1618-2-2006 Introduction (引言) Standardization both in technical and administrative matters is essential for the satisfactory completion of projects of civil engineering construction. In order to complete a project within the required time and budget it is essential that each phase of its preparation and execution, starting with the assessment of feasibility and terminating with the handing over of the completed project by the Contractor to the Owner, be formulated with precision in order to limit delays, disputes and unforeseen additional costs.
