There is no water. 1. 英语中表示整体概念的代词、副词，前面加not，表示部分否定。 Not all of us laughed when we heard the joke. Not both windows are open. Not every student likes the teacher. He is not always so sad. 2. 有时把肯定句改否定句时，不用改谓语动词，而改变其他词语。 Everything is ready. He is always late for school. Many students know it. Both of us are students. Linda nearly knows him.
