However, we all take the good attitude to keep the harmony phenomena. Sometimes, the buyer party always puts forward with new requirements but we all keep the calm in every process. First of all, I should make a conclusion on our negotiation procedure. We could have prepared the original contract for negotiation. But we cannot consider that the whole program is not very smoothly, especially in the price, the packing, the payment, and the freight of the product. At the beginning, we suddenly step into the trap by the buyer party, we just make disturb of the negotiation, according to the discussion in our group, which we find that we all nearly make the discussion on every processes, or we could lose our dominance. Therefore, we fudge them for coming here preparing thoroughly. Apparently, we are also persisting in our side right, after several debating, finally we sign the original proposal, we make the agreement basically, for example, the price is the medium level of our expectation, which the two sides both give back the interest a little. And the packing is also following our sellers requirements to take the cardboard cartons. Nevertheless, the payment of the product has something complex to discuss and spend more time, but in order to the large-volume bargain, we determine to return back a little that arrow the buyer party find the freight cooperation. Certainly, we also make the rule on the date of payment and the amount of money in the first payment. As for the fully reinforced economic and reputation, we should take advance of the negotiation to a better stage, and we make clear of the responsible and the duty with each other between our two parties.
