天池汽车修理厂仓储管理浅析 作者姓名：陈 萍 专业名称：物流管理 指导教师：杜杨铭 讲师  摘要 近年来，伴随着现代企业的发展，仓储业的发展越来越快，这就导致了仓储管理的迅速发展，而且仓储管理在现代物流业中所居的地位越来越高，因此对仓储管理的要求越来越高。对仓储进行管理，使仓库空间的利用与库存货品的处置成本实现平衡，也能有效的降低仓储物流成本。然而，对于像拥有传统仓库的这样的小型修理厂来说，仓储管理中的库存管理水平会在很大程度上影响修理厂的管理成本、商品保管管理费用以及本厂的经济效益。如果库存材料管理不当，不仅会占用大量的资金，增加商品保管理费用支出，而且还会加大竞争风险，还有可能会影响到生产计划的顺利进行，并且可能会失去竞争机会，因此在仓储管理中必须采用科学、适当的方法对库存材料进行管理，在满足生产经营需要的情况下，达到降低费用成本，提高企业经济效益，竞争实力的目的。 正因为仓储管理在市场经济环境下所扮演的角色越来越重要，所以即使是传统的修理厂仓库也要对其进行仓储管理的优化。本文对天池汽车修理厂的仓储管理现状进行了研究，从货物的管理、货架的利用率、库存控制、人员等四个方面进行分析，根据所学知识及修理厂的实际情况，提出了相应的仓储管理优化方案。通过科学有效的库存控制方法来降低仓储成本，以确保仓储管理方案能够解决存在的问题，从而能有效的提升和改善修理厂的仓储管理水平，进而提高整个修理厂的经济效益。 关键词：仓储管理 成本控制 经济效益 修理厂Abstract In recent years, along with the development of the modern enterprises, warehousing industry developt more and more faster, this has led to the rapid development of warehouse management, and warehouse management is becoming more important in the modern logistics industry, thus increasingly high requirements for warehouse management.
