精品论文 参考文献 腰麻联合硬膜外在泌尿科微创手术中的应用效果分析 贵州省罗甸县中医医院 550100 【摘 要】目的：分析腰麻联合硬膜外在泌尿科微创手术中的应用效果。方法：回顾性的选择2015年1月-2016年5月在本院接受泌尿科微创手术84例患者临床资料，根据手术时所采用不同麻醉方法分为两组，对照组35例行连续硬膜外麻醉，观察组49例行腰麻联合硬膜外，对比两组应用效果。结果：对照组SPO2在麻醉1h明显下降，观察组SPO2、HR持续稳定，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组麻醉药物用量比对照组少，且麻醉起效时间明显短于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：腰麻联合硬膜外在泌尿科微创手术中的应用效果显著，值得临床推广。 【关键词】腰麻；硬膜外；泌尿；微创手术 [Abstract] Objective：to analyze the application effect of lumbar anesthesia combined with epidural block urological minimally invasive surgery. Methods：a review of the January 2015 -2016 year in May in our hospital 84 cases of urological minimally invasive surgery in patients with clinical data，according to the use of different methods of anesthesia were divided into two groups，35 patients in the control group with continuous epidural anesthesia anesthesia，the observation group of 49 cases of lumbar anesthesia combined with epidural，compared two groups of efficacy.
