精品论文 参考文献 胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤的CT诊断和鉴别诊断 刘晓林1 孙凯2 陈国强3 　　（内蒙古包头市中心医院CT科 内蒙古 包头 014040） 　　【摘 要】目的：探究并分析胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤患者采用CT诊断及鉴别的临床应用价值[1]。方法：采用回顾性分析，选取2014年3月~2015年4月期间于我院就诊的胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤患者50例患者采用CT诊断及鉴别作为本次研究对象，观察并探究患者的临床诊治疗效。结果：采用CT诊断和鉴别后，能够更加清晰的观察出患者胰腺的分界，并显示出患者胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤在患者机体中呈现椭圆和圆形分布，除此之外，还诊断出部分患者出现胰管扩张的现象。临床医学中，采用CT诊断和鉴别胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤，通过对患者进行扫描检查，结果显示患者动脉期肿瘤出现实质性变化，且动脉期延迟在进一步强化。结论：对胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤在临床生诊治中，采用CT诊断和鉴别，在临床上具有良好的效果，能够清晰检测患者的实际病状，并获得了非常满意的鉴别效果，从而为进一步诊治该病提供了重要医学价值，值得在临床上大力推广和应用。 　　【关键词】胰腺实性；假乳头状瘤；CT；诊断；鉴别 　　【中图分类号】R735.9 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1003-5028（2015）8-0587-01 　　【Abstract】Objective:To explore and analyze the patients with solid pancreatic carcinomaofthepanClinicalapplicationvalueofCTindiagnosisandifferentialdiagnosisof[1].Methods:a retrospective analysis was used to select the period from March 2014 to April in50 cases of patients with pancreatic solid pseudo papillary tumor in our hospital CT diagnosis and differential diagnosis as the object of this study, To observe and explore the clinical diagnosis and treatment of thepatients.
