精品论文 参考文献 胎儿超声心动图在先天性心脏病产前诊断中的临床价值 古蔺县人民医院超声科 四川泸州 646500 【摘 要】目的：分析胎儿超声心动图在先天性心脏病产前诊断中的临床应用价值。方法：随机选取所在医院2014年6月——2016年5月123例孕妇，所选病例均行超声诊断，其超声心动图检查发现心脏异常，对其就诊资料进行回顾性分析，将超声诊断结果与产后相关诊断结果进行对比，分析超声检查及超声心动图在产前诊断中的使用价值。结果：本组123例孕妇超声诊断结果显示，单心室38例，单心房32例，房间隔缺损13例，三尖瓣下移畸形31例，与产后诊断相比，超声诊断符合率达到92.68%。本组114例检出病例中，100例进行引产，尸体解剖结果与诊断结果相符，其余14例正常分娩后，对新生儿开展超声心动图复查，产前诊断符合率为100%。结论：产前超声诊断，能够及时发现先天性心脏病，且诊断符合率高，具备较高的临床使用及推广价值。 【关键词】先天性心脏病；超声心动图；产前诊断；胎儿 Clinical value of fetal echocardiography in prenatal diagnosis of congenital heart disease Zhu Shiling （Department of ultrasound，Gulin County Peoples Hospital，Luzhou，Sichuan 646500） [Abstract]objective：Clinical application value of fetal echocardiography in prenatal diagnosis of congenital heart disease.Method：Randomly selected hospital from June 2014 to May 2016 123 cases of pregnant women，patients were selected for ultrasound diagnosis，echocardiographic examination revealed cardiac abnormalities，the clinic data were retrospectively analyzed，ultrasound diagnosis and postpartum diagnosis results were compared，analysis of ultrasonography and echocardiography in prenatal diagnosis value.Result：Results of ultrasound diagnosis of 123 cases of pregnant women，38 cases of single ventricle，32 cases of single atrium，13 cases of atrial septal defect，three cases of 31 sharp valve down，compared with the postpartum diagnosis，ultrasound diagnosis coincidence rate reached 92.68%.In this group，114 cases were detected，100 cases were induced labor，autopsy results were consistent with the diagnosis，and the other 14 cases of normal delivery，the newborn to carry out echocardiography review，the rate of prenatal diagnosis was 100%.Conclusion：Prenatal ultrasound diagnosis，timely detection of congenital heart disease，and the rate of diagnosis is high，with a high clinical use and promotion value.
