精品论文 参考文献 老年高血压患者服药依从性的健康教育 朱慧芬 屈海娟 （广东省广州市第十二人民医院客服中心 510620） 【摘要】目的 探讨健康教育在老年高血压患者服药依从性的作用。方法　随机选择2012年1月～6月住院的高血压患者172例，随机分为两组，健康教育组93例，对照组79例，对照组仅采用常规治疗和护理；健康教育组在常规治疗和护理基础上给予健康教育干预。6个月后对所有患者进行问卷调查。结果　健康教育组高血压患者药物治疗依从性佳的百分率为77.4％，对照组服药依从性佳的百分率为54.4％，两者之间差异有统计学意义(x2=12.9，P＜0.01)；健康教育组患者血压正常控制率为72.0％，而对照组血压正常控制率为44.3％，两者之间差异有统计学意义(x2=15.9，P＜0.01)。结论　健康教育可以明显提高老年患者服药依从性率，从而提高血压正常控制率。 【关键词】 健康教育 高血压 服药依从性 【中图分类号】R494【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752（2012）35-0121-02 The influence of health education to overdose compliance of patients with hypertensive disease in the elderly 【Abstract】 Objective ：To probe the influence of health education to overdose compliance of old-year patients with hypertensive disease.Methods ：January to june in 2012，172 patients with hypertensive disease hospitalized were divided into 2 groups randomly，the healthy education set had 93cases，unmatched control 79 cases，the control was adopted the normal regulations treatment and nursing only and the healthy education set was taken the healthy education intervention except the normal regulations treatment and nursing.6 months later all cases were to be questionnaire.Results ：The good overdose compliance of hypertension patients in healthy education set was 77.8％，that in unmatched control set was 54.3％，they had a significant difference(x2 =12.9，P＜0.01)；The control rate of normal blood pressure of hypertension patients in healthy education set was 71.8％，but that in unmatched control was 44.6％，both had a obvious difference(x2 =15.9，P＜0.01).Conclusion ：The healthy education can raise obviously the overdose compliance rate of the hypertension patient，lifting a control rate normally of the high blood pressure. 【Key words】 Healthy education Hypertension Overdose compliance 冠心病是老年人最常见疾病之一，其发生与不健康的生活方式密切相关[1]，加强对冠心病患者的健康教育，使患者逐渐提高卫生知识水平与自我保健能力，改变不良的生活方式和习惯，是降低老年冠心病患者病死率的基本措施。本文护理人员对老年高血压患者在常规治疗和护理基础上给予健康教育干预，结果提高了高血压患者服药依从性，现报告如下。 1、对象和方法 1.1 研究对象 随机选择我科2012
