摘　　要 当前的石油管道安装存在内部焊缝无法处理的现状，严重影响了管道的寿命。由于石油管道的内部焊缝腐蚀直接造成了整个管道的无法使用，造成严重的经济损失。因此，石油管道内部焊缝防腐机器人具有甚好的前景。而内部焊缝的表面处理对其防腐工作具有决定性的作用。表面质量直接诶影响了防腐寿命的长短。因此，本设计具有很高的研究价值和应用性。针对还没有专门针对内部焊缝的表面处理装置，本设计具有领先性。 本文设计一石油管道内部焊缝防腐机器人表面处理部分装置及其控制部分，能够实现在400-600mm任何直径的焊口表面处理,处理质量达sa2.5级。本设计采用丝杠带动工作平台通过plc控制实现自动适应400-600mm任何直径的焊口表面处理。为了提高加工效率，先采用钢丝刷加工去除表面焊渣在采用砂轮磨削加工达到所需表面质量。通过plc对步进电机的控制实现定位加工对推出焊点进行单独加工。 关键词：石油管道；适应管径；表面处理；砂轮；焊缝处理；加工机构； Abstract The current oil pipe installation exist unable to deal with the current situation of internal weld, serious impact on the pipe life. As the oil pipeline corrosion caused by the internal weld directly the pipe is not able to use, the severe economic losses. So the oil pipeline anticorrosion robots with internal weld very good prospects. Internal welding line of surface treatment of its anticorrosion working decisive role. Surface quality directly to the antiseptic effect gets life span. Therefore, this design has the very high research value and practical application. For is not specific to internal surface treatment device, weld the design has the lead sex. The paper presents the design of a oil pipeline welding robot internal anti-corrosion surface treatment and the control part part device, can realize in 400-600 mm in diameter HanKou surface of any treatment, the quality of sa2.5 level. This design USES the ball screw drive work platform through the PLC to automatically adapt to a 400-600 mm in diameter HanKou of any surface treatment. In order to improve manufacturing efficiency, first using steel wire brush to remove surface processing welding slag in the grinding wheel meet the surface quality. Through the PLC for step motor control to realize positioning to launch solder joints to conduct a separate processing processing.
