Commissioner of Wuhan take the work of establishing advance sports city as one of the aims of “a great change by 2010”. The sixth national urban sports meeting game is holding in Wu Han in 2007. So it is necessary to develop the work of the community P.E. and found harmonious Wu Han, harmonious community and establish the civilized urban. More and more people pursue healthy and beauty earnestly. To promote the development of the Masses Aerobics Dancing ,the study take 13 communities’ resident as object and Marxist philosophy and methodology as guidance to analyse the construction of society, the features of activity , competence, exercise motivation , consumption consciousness and community establishment and community director of residents who are the participator of the Masses Aerobics by manifold theory such as plutonomy ,sociology, psychology, demology, physical education ,statistics, action science and method like literature information, questionnaire, expert consultation, Statistic .
