精品论文 参考文献 我院口服单剂量摆药工作改进前后的对比分析 （新疆医科大学第一附属医院药学部 新疆 乌鲁木齐 830011） 【摘 要】目的：探讨我院口服单剂量摆药工作改进前后的应用和有效性。方法：调研我院在2013年3月至2014年2月口服单剂量摆药的工作情况，找出工作中存在的问题，针对出现的用药差错提出改进措施，再调研2014年3月至2015年2月期间口服单剂量摆药的工作情况，分析两组口服单剂量摆药工作改进前后的变化，同期分别比较两组口服单剂量摆药工作下摆药差错率和退药百分比指标的差异，并对其做分析评价。两组间计数资料率的比较采用chi;2检验，以Plt;0.05为有统计学差异。结果：口服单剂量摆药工作改进后，实施的干预措施起到一定的效果，摆药差错频次分别为日差错0.16%、周差错0.41%、月差错0.21%，分别与工作改进前同期日差错0.75%、周差错0.63%、月差错0.54%比较，差异分别有统计学意义（Plt;0.05），工作改进后退药百分比0.058%与工作改进前同期退药百分比0.099%比较，差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：口服单剂量摆药工作改进后可有效优化工作流程，降低摆药差错率和退药率，有效提高药师工作效率，保证患者用药安全。 【关键词】口服单剂量摆药；改进；用药安全 【中图分类号】R95 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1004-6194（2015）02-0190-02 Comparative analysis of single oral dose drug work with continuous improvement before and after in our hospital TENG-Jian1 WANG Jian-hua Yu-Yang TENG-Liang Department of Pharmacy First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University Urumuqi,Xin jiang ,China(830011) 【Abstract】Objective:To explore the application of the single dose of oral drug with improvement work before and after in our hospital.
