精品论文 参考文献 急性机械性肠梗阻的急诊治疗及临床效果评 湖南省岳阳县人民医院 414000 【摘 要】目的：研究急性机械性肠梗阻的急诊治疗及临床效果。方法：此次研究纳入的对象来源于2014年2月-2015年10月我院急诊科急性机械性肠梗阻患者中随机抽取的50例。将上述50例急性机械性肠梗阻患者随机分为保守组25例和支架组25例。保守组进行保守治疗，支架组采取自扩张支架治疗。比较（1）保护性造口率、一期手术吻合率、并发症率；（2）急诊滞留时间、病情改善时间、住院时间。结果：（1）支架组较之保守组保护性造口率更高，而一期手术吻合率、并发症率更低，P＜0.05；（2）支架组较之保守组急诊滞留时间、病情改善时间、住院时间更短，P＜0.05。结论：急性机械性肠梗阻的急诊治疗采用自扩张支架方法临床效果肯定，可有效改善患者临床症状，对患者预后有益，值得推广。 【关键词】急性机械性肠梗阻;急诊治疗;临床效果 [Abstract] Objective： To study the emergency treatment of acute mechanical intestinal obstruction and its clinical effect.Methods： the study included 50 patients with acute mechanical intestinal obstruction in our hospital from February 2014 to October，.The above 50 cases of acute mechanical intestinal obstruction were randomly divided into 25 cases of conservative group and 25 cases of stent group.Conservative treatment was carried out in the conservative group，and the stent group was treated with self expanding stent.Compare（1）the protective rate of stoma，the rate of anastomosis and the rate of complication;（2）the retention time of emergency，the improvement of the condition and the length of stay.Results：（1）stent group than in the conservative group of protective stoma was higher，and the surgical anastomosis rate and the complication rate is lower，P lt; 0.05;（2）stent group than in the conservative group emergency residence time，improve the condition of time，shorter hospital stay，P lt; 0.05.Conclusion： the emergency treatment of acute mechanical intestinal obstruction with self expanding stent clinical effect，can effectively improve the patients clinical symptoms，the prognosis is good，it is worth promoting.
