精品论文 参考文献 心理护理干预对肛裂患者不良情绪及疼痛缓解率的影响 郭艳霞 　　（柘城县中西医结合医院普外科 河南商丘 476600） 　　【摘要】目的:研究心理护理干预对肛裂患者不良情绪及疼痛缓解率的影响。方法:将我院收治的60例肛裂患者随机分为对照组30例，采用常规护理；实验组30例，在常规护理基础上采用心理护理干预。比较两组患者焦虑、抑郁改善情况及疼痛缓解情况。结果:护理干预后两组患者的焦虑、抑郁症状均有所改善，但对照组患者SDS与SAS评分下降水平低于实验组，差异显著（P＜0.05）；对照组患者疼痛缓解率73.3%，低于实验组的90.0%，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论:给予肛裂患者心理护理干预，可有效减轻焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪，缓解其疼痛感，提高生活质量。 　　【关键词】心理护理干预；肛裂；不良情绪；疼痛缓解率 　　【中图分类号】R471 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1007-8231（2016）08-0022-02 　　 The psychological nursing intervention on the rate of anal fissure patients emotion and pain 　　 Guo Yanxia. Methods in our hospital 60 cases of anal fissure patients were randomly divided into control group (30 cases). The routine nursing; the experimental group 30 cases, on the base of routine nursing with psychological nursing intervention. Compared the two groups of patients with anxiety, depression and improve the situation of pain relief. Results After nursing intervention, two groups of patients with symptoms of anxiety and depression were improved, but the control group patients with SDS and SAS scores declined to levels lower than those in the experimental group, and the difference is significant (P lt; 0.05); the control group of patients with pain relief rate was 73.3% below 90.0% in the experimental group, the difference was significant (P lt; 0.05).
