精品论文 参考文献 单极射频治疗在面部年轻化中的应用价值及其安全性 南华大学附属第一医院湖南衡阳 421001 【摘 要】目的探讨单极射频治疗在面部年轻化中的应用价值及其安全性。方法2013年7月至2015年7月本院收治的面部皮肤老化患者66例，采用单极射频技术治疗66例面部皮肤老化患者，观察治疗5次后2个月和6个月时的疗效，分析患者面部、鼻唇沟及眉提升度，患者对自身面部皮肤的满意度以及不良反应发生情况。结果66例患者经单极射频治疗后，显效50例（75.8%），有效14例（21.2%），无效2例（3.0%），总有效率为97.0%。患者射频治疗后6个月眉、面部和鼻唇沟提升程度均明显高于治疗后2个月检测结果（Plt;0.05），治疗前，患者对面部皮肤的平均满意度评分为（2.1plusmn;0.5）分；治疗后2个月，满意度评分为（7.8plusmn;0.6）分，较治疗前明显提高（Plt;0.05）；治疗后6个月，满意度评分达（9.1plusmn;0.7）分，较治疗前及治疗后2个月均明显提高（Plt;0.05）。患者接受射频治疗后，仅出现3例红斑、2例轻度水肿，未出现水疱、瘢痕、皮肤烫伤和色素沉着等不良反应，不良反应发生率为7.5%。结论单极射频治疗显著改善面部皮肤老化患者的面部皱纹，紧缩肌肤，不良反应少，临床效果显著。 【关键词】面部；单极射频；皮肤衰老 [Abstract]Objective To explore the incidence of adverse transfusion reactions in hospitalized patients，and to analyze the reasons for the occurrence of transfusion adverse reactions. Methods in our hospital in August 2013 to 2015 August on the occurrence of transfusion adverse reactions in patients with 120 cases as the observation group. At the same time transfusion therapy and there was no blood transfusion adverse reactions in patients with 120 cases as the control group，to explore the bleeding in patients with blood transfusion adverse reaction incidence and causes of bleeding situation. Results all blood products caused adverse transfusion reaction results in comparison to non hemolytic febrile reaction rate was 45.0%（54 / 120），allergic reactions to 55%（66 / 120），no hemolytic transfusion reaction and other adverse reactions occur. The type of blood transfusion，the times of blood transfusion and the time interval between blood transfusion and blood transfusion were related to the adverse reactions of the patients，and the difference was statistically significant（Plt;O.05）. Conclusions for transfusion and platelet patients need to closely monitor the patients signs，for the past history of blood transfusion or pregnancy history of patients need to strengthen the focus of attention，as far as possible to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
