Methods: The clinical data of 124 patients with diabetic foot from January 2011 to February 2015 were analyzed retrospectively. Results: 84 cases had clear incentive. 107 cases had diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) by 86.3%, 86 cases had diabetic peripheral vascular disease (PAD)by 69.4%, severe PAD occlusion 38.7%, 6 cases had Charcot osteoarthropathy by 4.8%. 59 cases were completely healed，42 cases turned better，23 cases were invalid，15 cases were discharged without cure. Higher Wagner grade correspond with poorer therapeutic efficacy. Conclusions: Most of the occurrences of diabetic foot have incentives. The patients had one or several of diabetic chronic complications. The therapeutic efficacy and prognosis are significantly correlated with Wegner classification，DPN and PAD. The treatment strategy should be based on medicine treatment, effective anti-infection, nutriting nerve and improving circulation, correctly local treatment, reasonable application of new technology, new dressing and comprehensive treatment by a multidiscip
