精品论文 参考文献 120例肺功能异常的煤工尘肺和血气分析比较 冯军民 　　【摘 要】 目的 对煤工尘肺患者劳动能力鉴定中血气分析与肺功能检查的进行比较。方法 收集120例尘肺病的煤工患者，对其进行血气分析和肺功能检查，对比两者检查结果。结果 120例患者中有30例血气分析检查异常，占25%，有120例肺功能检查异常，占100%，差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。血气分析异常的患者中轻度低血氧患者23例，中度7例，无重度病例；肺功能异常的患者中轻度损伤的患者88例，中度24，重度损伤8例，两者差异无统计学意义（Pgt;0.05）。结论 肺功能检查和血气分析在劳动能力鉴定中的异常率差异有统计学意义，在损伤程度分级上，肺功能在劳动能力鉴定中与血气分析差相似，但肺功能检查与尘肺病的分级具有一致性，因此在鉴定时因在保证肺功能检查的质量的前提下优先采用肺功能检查。 　　【关键词】 煤工； 尘肺病； 劳动能力鉴定； 血气分析； 肺功能检查； 对比分析 　　【Abstract】Objective of labor ability appraisal of coal workers pneumoconiosis patients blood gas analysis and lung function in comparison. Methods collect 120 patients with coal workers pneumoconiosis disease, blood gas analysis and lung function, comparing the two results. Results 120 patients in 30 cases of abnormal blood gas analysis examination, accounted for 25%, with 120 cases of pulmonary function abnormalities, accounted for 100%, the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). Abnormal blood gas analysis in patients with mild 23 patients with low blood oxygen, moderate 7 cases, and no severe cases; Pulmonary function abnormalities in patients with mild injury patients 88 cases, moderate 24, 8 cases of severe injury, there was no statistically significant difference between the two (P gt; 0.05).
