精品论文 参考文献 43例高血压患者采用个体化延续性护理干预措施的疗效及对患者的改善效果分析 黄玲 刘琦 　　（四川省乐山市中医医院 四川 乐山 614000） 　　【摘 要】目的：研究43例高血压患者采用个体化延续性护理干预措施的疗效及对患者生存质量的改善效果分析。方法：选取我院收治的43例高血压患者，按照随机数表法将所有患者分为观察组（22例）和对照组（21例）。通过观察两组患者在干预前后收缩压、舒张压的变化了解患者的血压状况，从中判断所产生的疗效。结果：两组患者干预前收缩压、舒张压水平比较，差异无统计学意义（Pgt;0.05）。干预后两组患者收缩压水平均显著低于同组干预前，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：个体化延续性护理干预措施对于高血压患者有一定疗效，值得广泛推广使用。 　　【关键词】高血压；个体化延续性护理；疗效； 　　【中图分类号】R47 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1004-6194（2015）01-0044-02 　　Analyzing 43 cases of hypertensive patients with individualized continuity of care interventions to improve the efficacy and effectiveness 　　Huang Ling Liu Qi, 　　Sichuan Province Leshan City Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine 　　【Abstract】Objective：To research the efficacy of 43 cases of patients with hypertension and to improve the quality of life of patients continuity of care and the effect of individualized interventions analysis. Methods：Methods in our hospital, 43 cases of hypertension patients, according to the random number table method will be divided all patients into observation group (22 cases) and control group (21 cases). By observing two groups of patients before and after the intervention in the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure changes in understanding the patients blood pressure, arising from which to judge the curative effect.Results：Two groups of patients before intervention, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, there was no statistically significant difference (Pgt;0.05). After the intervention in two groups patients with systolic blood pressure water average was significantly lower than that of the same as the intervention group before, and the observation group than in the control group, the difference is statistically significant (P lt; 0.05).
