精品论文 参考文献 30 例湿热壅滞型重症急性胰腺炎患者中西医结合护理的体会 漆 红遂宁市中医医院ICU 四川遂宁 629000 　　【摘 要】目的：观察对湿热壅滞型重症急性胰腺炎中西医结合护理的疗效。方法：选择重症急性胰腺炎患者60 例，随机分为中西医结合护理组和对照组，各30 例，对照组采用常规护理，中医结合护理组在常规护理的基础上给予中药管胃、中药灌肠、中药外敷、中医针灸等特色护理，比较两组患者的住院时间、有效率和腹腔间隔室综合征腹腔间隔室综合征并发症的发生率。结果：中医结合护理组患者的住院时间、有效率和腹腔间隔室综合征并发症发生率分别为14.07plusmn;2.30 天、95%和16.67%，对照组分别为18.98plusmn;3.03 天、80%和40%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：应用中西医结合护理湿热壅滞型重症急性胰腺炎患者，可以改善住院时间、提高治愈率和减少腹腔间隔室综合征并发症。值得临床上推广使用。 　　【关键词】中西医结合；重症急性胰腺炎；护理【Abstract】Objective：To observe the curative effect on nursing combined with western medicine in stagnation of damp heat syndromeof severe acute pancreatitis.Method：60 cases of patients with severe acute pancreatiti（s SAP），were randomly divided into traditional Chineseand Western medicine combined with nursing group and control group，with 30 cases in each，the control group received routine nursingcare，combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing group on the basis of routine nursing care given medicine gastric tube andtraditional Chinese medicine enema，external application of Chinese medicine，acupuncture and other characteristics of nursing，comparedtwo groups of patients hospitalization time，syndrome of abdominal compartment syndrome；complication incidence of efficiency andabdominal compartment syndrome.Result：The hospitalization time，the effective rate and the complication rate of the patients in thecombination group were 14.07 2.30 days，80% days，95% days，16.67% days，18.98 days，3.03 days and 40% days respectively.The differencewas statistically significant（P lt; 0.05）.Conclusion：Application of combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine nursingstagnation of damp heat syndrome of severe acute pancreatitis patients can improve the hospitalization time，improve the cure rate and reducethe abdominal compartment syndrome with complications.It is worthy of clinical use.【Key words】Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine；Severe acute pancreatitis；Nursing 　　重症急性胰腺炎（Severe acute pancreatitis，SAP）是消化系统常见的急腹症，具有起病急、病
