寒冷气候区低能耗公共建筑空间性能驱动设计体系建构*The Research on the Performance-Driven Design System of the Low EnergyConsumption Public Space in Cold Climate Area孙 澄1 韩昀松2Sun ChengHan Yunsong摘要 寒冷气候区因气候条件严酷，公共建筑的能耗问题尤为严重。现有寒地低能耗公 共建筑设计方法的不足导致了设计决策主观 化，多项能耗指标难以兼顾，设计过程与评 价机制分离等问题，制约了寒地低能耗公共 建筑的发展。为此，本文立足于寒冷气候区 地域特征，提出引入性能驱动设计理论，从 理论、方法和技术层面建立寒冷气候区低能 耗公共建筑空间性能驱动设计体系。文章首 先 剖析了 低能 耗公 共建 筑设 计中的 瓶颈 问 题 ，揭示 了引 入性 能驱 动设 计理论 的必 要 性，阐释了寒地低能耗公共建筑性能驱动设 计体系架构。从数形关联、多性能指标优化 和设计评价一体化三方面解析了寒冷气候区 低能耗公共建筑空间性能驱动设计体系的技 术特征。关键词 性能驱动设计；寒冷气候区；低能 耗建筑；公共建筑设计；技术平台 aBStract Because of the harsh climate conditions in cold climate area, the issue of the energy consumption in public buildings becomes more severe. The deficiency of the designing methods result the subjectivization of making decisions, the uncover multiple energy consumption index, which leads to the bivariate distribution in public building energy consumption in our country, and became the bottleneck in restraining the development of low energy consumption bu i l di n g de si gn l e ve l . T h i s s tu dy i sestablished in the regional characteristicso f c o l d a re a s, i n tro du c e s pe rfo rma n c e driven design theoretical system, construct p ub lic b uild ing sp at ial d esig n t heory, method and technology system in cold climate. The paper points out the key problems of the low energy consumption bu i l di n g de si gn me th o ds, re ve a l s th e need for the introduction of performance- driven design theory and explains the f rame of t he low energ y consump t ion public building space performance-driven design method and analysis the characters of the method from indexes quantization effect on the architectural design process, multi environmental performance indexes optimization and design and evaluation integration three aspects.1 低能耗公共建筑设计现状我国公共建筑空间面积增长迅速且单位 面积能耗巨大。据统计，2000~2010 年公共 建筑空间面积增加了 1.4 倍，平均单位面积能 耗 从 2001 年 的 18.3kgce/m2 增 加 到 2010 年 的 22.1kgce/m2， 增 长 了 1.2 倍 [1]
