摘要 可持续发展作为一种全新社会发展战略，已经得到了国际社会的 广泛认同。公平性原则是可持续发展的第一原则它对可持续发展有 着至关重要的先决意义。然而，当前对可持续发展中公平性原则的研 究显得不够深入和系统，本文就在探讨可持续发展中公平性原则的内 涵及其重要性的基础上，论述了坚持公平性所面临的困难， 并进而提出公平性实施途径。 As a brand—new developmental strategy, the sustainable development has already been widespread accepted both at home and abroad． is the primary principle of sustainable development strategy；It’s of prerequisite significance to the sustainable development．However, current researches about sustainable development appear insufficiently thorough and systematic．Based on discussions about the connotation and importance of sustainable development ，this article emphatically elaborates the potential difficulty on persisting，and 可持续发展 The social justice in the pursuit of the sustainable development 在可持续发展指标体系中，公平指“公民被合理对待，都有 机会享有经济环境利益和社会福利”。在布伦特兰夫人的经典定义里， 可持续发展的公平性原则针对的是当代人和后代人这两大群体，是指 当代人和后代人拥有同样的发展机会和能力。可持续发展观确认，人 与自然的危机和人与人的矛盾不可分割，只有解决人与人之间的不公 平性，才有可能达到人与自然间的和谐。所谓公平，是指人与人之间 的互利共生，协同发展。这里有两层含义：一是代际公平：二是代内 公平。 s are reasonably treated and they have the opportunity to enjoy the economic and environment benefits and social welfare.In Mrs. Brundtland’s classic definition , social justice in sustainable development aims at the contemporary generations and future generations, which is that contemporary generations and future generations have the same development opportunities and abilities.
