Duration of disease: 1 years, 25 cases, 3 years, 15 cases, 10 years, 1 cases. 1.1 there were 3 cases of head trauma, 2 cases of birth injury, 1 cases of encephalitis, 3 cases of febrile convulsion, and the other 32 cases were not found obvious etiology. 1.2 the clinical manifestations were recurrent abdominal pain, sudden, disappear, intermittent episodes of abdominal pain in patients with completely normal; no regularity, day and night can occur, ranging from episodes may be associated with nausea and vomiting, pale, sweating, roll shouting, disturbance of consciousness and convulsions and other symptoms; 3 abdominal pain were the umbilicus and the upper and lower abdomen, navel to see; the laboratory examination no abnormalities; the pain symptomatic treatment is invalid, antiepileptic drugs symptoms disappeared after discontinuation of recurrent abdominal pain. 1.3 most patients can be controlled by phenobarbital, amide, sodium valproate and phenytoin. Some patients are effective with valproate. 2 EEG data We used the Japanese photoelectric 7314 EEG machine, the international 10/20 system electrode
