In our hospital since 1992, palliative surgery methods of biliary drainage, and acupuncture treatment due to bile duct carcinoma, pancreatic carcinoma, hilar hepatocellular carcinoma, carcinoma of gallbladder of unresectable malignant biliary obstruction, jaundice, the rapid recovery of liver function curative effect, can significantly improve the quality of life. It is hereby reported as follows. 1 general information There were 12 inpatients in this group, including 7 males and 5 females. The average age was 52.8 years (range 42~71 years). Before treatment, there were obvious jaundice, total bilirubin 146~377 mu mol/L, direct bilirubin 108~226 mu mol/L, preoperative ultrasonography, CT or PTCC examination to diagnose biliary tract, pancreatic head and liver occupying lesions. All of the cases were confirmed as unresectable advanced malignant tumors after intraoperative exploration. Among them, there were 5 cases of cholangiocarcinoma, 4 cases of pancreatic head cancer, 2 cases of hilar cancer and 1 cases of gallbladder cancer. 2 treatment 2.1 drainage For common bile duct and duodenum anastomosis plus gastrojejunostomy in 3 cases, 3 cases of bile duct jejunum anastomosis, twelve underwent common bile duct anastomosis of intestinal fat, gastrojejunal anastomosis; bile duct jejunum Roux-y anastomosis in 3 cases, bile duct and jejunum end to side anastomosis; direct external biliary drainage catheter 2 cases of bile duct obstruction from above.
