手术室护士工作压力及身心健康状况调查分析【摘要】 目的 了解手术室护士的工作压力及身心健康状况，探讨两者之间的关系、采取的应对方式和自我缓解方法。方法 采用护士工作压力源量表和症状自评量表，对厦门市一所三级甲等综合医院的64名手术室护士采取问卷调查。结果 手术室护士工作压力源主要来自工作量太大、担心工作中出现差错事故、人际关系紧张、护理工作的社会地位及工资福利待遇低、在职学习及婚姻家庭方面等方面；80.2%手术室护士出现身心健康问题，工作压力与身心健康之间有明显的相关性。结论 手术室护士工作压力很大，出现身心健康状况的人较多。建议从个人和管理方面采取相应措施，缓解手术室护士的压力，增强护士的身心健康，提高护理工作质量。? 【关键词】 手术室； 护士； 工作压力； 身心健康??
