云南沧源县教育工作者预防艾滋病健康教育效果评价【摘要】目的 了解云南沧源县教育工作者的艾滋 病(AIDS)预防知识以及对艾滋病所持有的态度，探讨有效促进预防艾滋病健康教育的方法。方法 对31名健康教育工作者进行问卷调查，根据需求确定培训内容，采 用参与式方法进行培训，结束后进行效果评价。 结果 教育工作者对艾滋 病基础知识、传播途径知晓率在培训前已较高，经过培训，对艾滋病防治知识，健康教育技 能、技巧等问题知晓率有显著提高，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。在艾滋病传播途径 方面，共用毛巾、泳池、马桶不会传播艾滋病的知晓率干预前后分别是82.1%和100%(P ＜0.001)，在对艾滋病、艾滋病人的正向态度上，艾滋病人享有信息、教育、咨询等权利 的知晓率干预前后分别是28.6%和92.9%(P＜0.001)，过度关注艾滋病人也是歧视的 知晓率干预前后分别是10.7%和100%(P＜0.001)，均有显著提高。 结论 系统培训能有效提高艾滋病流行区教育工作者的技能，促进预防艾滋病健康教育工作。 【关键词】 获得性免疫缺陷综合征；综合预防；健康教育；评价研究； 学生保健服务 【中图分类号】G 479R 512.91【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1000-9 817(2007)06-0500-02 Impact Evaluation on HIV/AIDS Prevention Education Among Teachers in Cangyuan Co unty in Yunnan/SHANG Yun, ZHOU Ben-zhen, YANG Xiao-lan. Impact evaluation was carried o ut after the training.ResultsBefore the training, the educat ors knew well abou t HIV/AIDS and the transmition paths. After the training, the average of skillsand capability of health education increased significantly(P＜0.01).Before t he intervention,the awareness rate was 82.1% in terms of HIV/AIDS transmitted pa th that using the same towel,swimming pool or closestool with HIV infectors won’ t infect HIV.In terms of attitude towards AIDS and AIDS patients,28.6% considere d that AIDS patients had rights of getting information,education and consultatio n and 10.7% thought excessive attention to AIDS patients was discrimination;Afte r the intervention,the rate increased to 100.0%,92.9% and 100.0% respectively( P＜0.001).Conclusion Systematic training can effectively imp rove skills of educators and promote the AIDS prevention education. 【Key words】 Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome;
