174例手足口病确诊病例临床研究摘要：目的：分析了解174例确诊的手足口病病例的临床特征。方法：应用描述性流行病学方法对174例确诊手足口病病例患者的年龄、性别、主要临床特征、治疗效果进行分析评估。结果：174例确诊手足口病病例中，以2―7岁患儿居多，148例，（85.05%）；发热158例（90.8%），咳嗽10例（0.057%），咽痛60例（34.48%），手部疱疹100%，足部疱疹100%，口腔粘膜疱疹100%，合并扁桃体炎104例（59.77%）。结论：手足口病病例年龄分布以幼儿、小学生为主，临床表现大多以手足口部疱疹并上呼吸道症状为主，部分病例出现腹泻、呕吐，大部分是轻症患者，经积极治疗均痊愈。 关键词：手足口病 确诊病例 临床分析 174 example hand and foot stomatopathy diagnosis case of illness clinical analysis Yang Guorui Abstract:Objective :The analysis understands 174 example diagnoses the hand and foot stomatopathy case of illness clinical characteristic.Methods :The application descriptive epidemiology method to 174 example diagnosis hand and foot stomatopathy case of illness patient?s age,the sex,the main clinical characteristic,the treatment result carries on the analysis appraisal. Conclusion :The hand and foot stomatopathy case of illness age distribution by the baby,the elementary student primarily,the clinical manifestation mostly by the hand and foot oral area blister measles and the upper respiratory tract symptom primarily,the partial case of illness has the diarrhea,the vomit,majority of is mild case patient,after treats positively convalesces.
