依达拉奉注射液联合银杏达莫注射液治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察[摘要] 目的 探讨依达拉奉注射液联合银杏达莫注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法 将118例急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组，每组59例。治疗组给予依达拉奉注射液联合银杏达莫注射液静滴治疗；对照组仅给予银杏达莫注射液静脉滴注，疗程均为30d。观察两组治疗前后神经功能缺损程度评分（NDS评分）、血液流变学指标、纤维蛋白原含量及不良反应的变化。结果 治疗组总有效率（89.83%）明显高于对照组（71.19%）（P＜0.01），治疗组血液流变学指标和纤维蛋白原含量与对照组相比有显著差异（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）。结论 依达拉奉注射液联合银杏达莫注射液治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著，并能明显改善患者的血液流变学指标，使纤维蛋白原含量下降，值得临床推广应用。 [关键词] 依达拉奉；银杏达莫注射液；急性脑梗死 [中图分类号] R743.33 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2011）26-66-02 Clinical Observation on Efficacy of Edaravone Combined with Ginkgo Dipyridamole Injections in Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction WANG Xiaohua YIN Qihua FANG Yang The Sixth People’s Hospital of Shaoxing， Shaoxing 312000， China [Abstract] Objective To explore the efficacy of Edaravone combined with Ginkgo Dipyridamole Injections in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods One hundred and eighteen patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into two groups randomly and evenly according to the treatment schenme. Intravenous drip infusions of both Edaravone and Ginkgo Dipyridamole Injections were administered to the treatment group， while the control group was given Ginkgo Dipyridamole Injection only iv. Thirty days as a course of medical treatment. The neurological deficit scale （NDS） was used to score the neurological impairment and the changes of hemodynamics， fibrinogen content and adverse reaction were observed before and after the treatment. Results The total efficient rate （89.83%） of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group （71.19%） （ P＜0.01）. Compared with the control group， hemodynamics index and fibrinogen content in the treatment group decreased significantly （P＜0.05 or P＜0.01）. Conclusion Edaravone combined with Ginkgo Dipyridamole Injections is shown to be effective in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. The hemodynamics index has improved and the fibrinogen content has decreased， which is worthy of clinical promotion and application. [Key words] Ed
