The pathological state and clinical manifestations of pulmonary extravascular fluid volume increased for sudden onset, dyspnea, cyanosis, cough, red or pink foam sputum, pulmonary diffuse rales, X-ray manifestations in two lung butterfly flake fuzzy shadow, is one of the clinical emergency. The purpose of this study is to replicate the pulmonary edema in acute rabbits, and to understand the manifestation and mechanism of pulmonary edema, and further to investigate the drug treatment of pulmonary edema. The experiment was divided into four groups: 1 experimental groups, 1 control groups and 2 treatment groups. Each group started with tracheal intubation for rabbits, and recorded the whole process respiration curve with two guides.
