錄 林 立 SRIM識 WSRIM 不度歷 參數歷數 參數 度 立 樓 921 度樓 921 度 錄識 參數 度歷 參數 識度 This paper deals with the applicability of SRIM system identification technique together with time moving windows (called WSRIM) to evaluate the time-varying dynamic properties and damages of a building based on its real earthquake records considering soil-structure interaction effect. Both numerical simulation and real earthquake response measurements from several floors and foundations are utilized to verify the accuracy of the proposed time-varying system identification technique. The seven-story Civil and Environmental Engineering Department Building in National Chung-Hsing University is the only one instrumented building in Central Taiwan. It experienced moderate structural damage during the 921 Chi-Chi earthquake. This paper is to evaluate the time-varying modal parameters of this school building based on its acceleration response records due to the 921 Chi-Chi earthquake main shock and its after-shocks.
