桑沟湾藻类规模化养殖水域生物的碳汇功能 生物科学专业 胡鹏 指导教师 张玉喜 摘要:为探讨规模化大型藻类养殖对海-气界面CO2交换通量的影响,选择山东桑沟湾大型藻类养殖水域作为研究区域,根据2013.04.23航次的大面调查获得的pH、总碱度(TA)、叶绿素a等基础数据,分析了该区域表层海水溶解无机碳(DIC)体系各分量的浓度、组成比例及时空变化特征,估算了海-气界面CO2的交换通量。结果表明,该区域表层海水DIC、HCO3-、CO32-及CO2的年平均浓度分别为 2024.8 ± 147.0 (mol/L,1842.4 ± 132.1 (mol/L,170.0 ± 42.8 (mol/L 和12.4 ± 2.5 (mol/L。养殖区与非养殖区之间DIC、HCO3-浓度差异不显著(P 0.05),而CO2浓度差异极显著(P 0.01)。表层海水pCO2和海-气界面CO2的交换通量的年平均值分别为287.8 ± 37.9 (atm和-32.7 ± 17.2 mmol/(m2·d),养殖区与非养殖区之间、不同季节之间均差异极显著(P 0.01)。大型藻类的养殖活动有利于海洋对大气CO2的吸收。 关键词  溶解无机碳 pCO2 交换通量 大型藻类 The biological carbon sink Capacity of algae scale breeding waters in Sanggou Bay Student majoring in Biological Sciences Hu peng Tutor Zhang yuxi Abstract In order to the assess the effect of seaweed aquaculture on sea-air CO2 flux, a large-scale seaweed aquaculture area which is located in Sanggou bay, was selected as the investigation area. Based on the investigation data of pH, total alkalinity (TA), chla, etc. during four cruises on 2013.04.23, the spatial and seasonal variations of dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC) system parameters and aqueous pCO2 were analyzed. The results showed that the mean annual concentrations of dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC), HCO3-, CO32- and CO2 were 2024.8 ± 147.0 (mol/L, 1842.4 ± 132.1 (mol/L, 170.0 ± 42.8 (mol/L and 12.4 ± 2.5 (mol/L, respectively. There were no significant differences of the concentrations DIC and HCO3- between aquaculture areas and unaquaculture area (P 0.05), while the differences for the concentration of CO2 was very significant (P 0.01). The mean annual values of aqueous pCO2 and sea-air CO2 flux were 287.8 ± 37.9 (atm and -32.7 ± 17.2 mmol/m2/d, respectively. There were very significant differences (P 0.01) for aqueous pCO2 and sea-air CO2 flux not only between different areas, but also between different seasons.
