The Research on Legal Protection of BalancedTeaching Resources for Compulsory EducationAbstractThe prosperity of education depends on teachers. A top priority for the balanceddevelopment of teaching resources for compulsory education is to ensure therelatively balancing of teaching resources so that fair education opportunities can beprovided to all students. There’s no doubt that the most equitable and effective wayof doing that is deemed to use legal procedure. In order to standardize the issue ofbalanced teaching resources for compulsory education, the new ‘CompulsoryEducation Law’ is introduced and a series of actions are taken in many provinces andcities.However, several problems still remain unsolved viewing current situationof compulsory education.Therefore, this research article analyses thereconstruction of legal protection system of balanced teaching resources duringcompulsory education period, which may improve the balanced development forcompulsory education and carry out the ideality of fair education as soon as possible.The research methods adopted in this article are literature review, surveyquestionnaire and case study methods.Section one gives an introduction, which illustrates the reason and purposeregarding the selection of this topic as well as the main content, significance andbasic definitions of the issue.Section two generalizes the issue of balanced teaching resources forcompulsory education. The definition of the balanced development of teachingresources for compulsory education is given, focusing on the theoretical andIIIprinciple basis of that.Section three analyses the current situation on legal protection of balancedteaching resources for compulsory education.By means of searching relatedinformation and interviewing several experts, this section introduces the mainproblems of the present legal protection system and analyses the reason for that,which takes Liaoning province as an example referring to its main regulations andpolicy on the
