我国动漫产业的 SWOT分析及发展对策研究AbstractAs a green and sunrise industry, Animation in the 21st century has been paid closeattention to, for its low resource cost. In China, most Chinese Anime Fans are looking forChinese excellent animation; the business hope to take the opportunity of the economicdevelopment to increase the output value of animation industry, and via the animationindustry, the government expects to upgrade the existing industrial structure in order toimprove the soft power and execute the principle of sustainable development strategieslodged in the Communist Party of China 17th National Congress. However, Chineseanimation industry is still in its infancy, there are still lots of urgent problems to be solved,that is why I choose and research this subject.In this thesis, the research object is animation industry with the methods of Literatureresearch and questionnaires survey. After introducing the background\ significance, thepresent conditions of animation industry and related concepts, I use the Model of SWOT tomake the qualitative analysis for Chinese animation industry, and deduce the SWOT strategicmatrix on the development of animation industry. Then, through the questionnaires on internet,I make a quantitative analysis on the animation industry and deduce the strategy types andpolar intensity coordinates graph of the animation industry. Finally, according to the SWOTmatrix and strategy polar coordinate graph, the thesis makes the recommendations on theimprovement of the animation industry through three facets, namely, government, enterpriseand the joint of government and enterprise.What is innovative in this thesis, is that SWOT model is applied to make a quantitativeanalysis on animation industry. The previous researches on animation industry are all in thearea of animation techniques. There are few articles about animation which have perspectiveon economy development yet.
