AbstractAt present, our country is actively advancing the reform ofshareholding system of the solely state-owned commercial bank, inorder to set up modern banking system. Corporate governance is thecore of the modern banking system, so, exploring how to structure andperfect the corporate governance of the state-run commercial bank ofour country, have important realistic meanings. The commercial bank isspecial enterprise that manages the currency, its corporate governancemust be different from that of general enterprise.
