扬州大学 YANGZHOU UNIVERSITY 本科生毕业设计（论文） 课题名称扬州新盛置业综合楼E设计副标题学院建筑科学与工程学院专 业(系)土木工程姓名袁沈峰学号071402327指导教师曹大富日期2011年5月31日  ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 装 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 订 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 线 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 扬州大学本科生毕业设计（论文） 扬州新盛置业综合楼E设计 学 生 袁沈峰 (专业: 土木工程) 指导教师 曹大富 (单位: 建工学院土木工程系) 【摘要】本课题为扬州新盛置业综合楼E设计。建筑面积为6584m2，主体为六层，建筑高度为26.8m，室外高差为450mm。本设计主要分为建筑设计部分和结构设计部分，结构设计部分包括手算和电算（PKPM）两部分。建筑设计部分在兼顾美学性和艺术性的同时，服务性功能成了楼层布置方案的重要因素，主要内容包括：在了解本工程概况、领会初步设计意图的基础上进行建筑施工图的绘制，熟悉了Autocad及天正建筑软件的应用，共绘建筑施工图十五张,结构施工图二十七张。。在手算结构部分，主体采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构体系，设计内容包括：结构方案选择、荷载计算、楼面现浇板及次梁设计、水平地震作用标准值的计算、多遇地震下层间弹性侧移的验算、竖向及水平荷载作用下内力分析、承载力计算、基础设计和楼梯设计等。在电算结构部分，应用PKPM软件进行了结构设计。 【关键词】 建筑设计；结构设计；框架结构  Yangzhou Xingsheng Zhiye Integrated Building Design Author YUAN Shen Feng (Major: Civil Engineering) Supervisor CAO Da Fu (Department: Building Engineering) 【Abstract】 This subject is about Yangzhou Xingsheng Zhiye Integrated Building Design. The building area is 6584m2, the principal part of the structure is five stories, the building high is 26.8 m . The distance between the indoor and the outdoor is 450mm.There are two parts in this paper, including architecture design and structure design. Structure design includes the calculation by hand and the calculation by computer(pkpm). In the architectural design, the service function is the most important factor of determining each floor plan, while the consideration of aesthetics is also included. Architecture design includes drawing the construction graph of architecture and the acquaintance with the software of AUTOCAD and Tarch, there are 15 pieces of construction gaph of architecture and 27 pieces of structrue in this part. In the part of hand calculation, the principal part of the structure is adopted present concrete structure system, and the design content includes: choice of structure form ,load calculation,the design of the slab on floors and the second beams,calculation of characteristic value of horizontal earthquake, calcul
