If the students can’t read some of them, teach them how to read. Guide 1. Match the words with the things in the pictures.(2’) Check answers. Step 2. Guide 2 Three minutes for the students to look and remember the words in 1a, then close their books and write down all the words they have remembered.(5’) Ask the students to open their books and check their work. Let the students listen, what are the events? Play the tape for one time for the students to listen and finish 1b . Check answers. If necessary, play the tape again or let them listen sentence by sentence. Check answers. Third, ask the students to read after the listening materials. Then act them out.
