个性化护理对脊髓损伤后患者康复功能的影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨个性化护理对脊髓损伤后患者康复功能的影响。 方法 本院2010年1月～2013年1月收治的98例各类原因造成脊髓损伤的患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组与对照组，所有患者均积极治疗疾病并行相应护理，观察组患者在此基础上增加个性化护理干预项目。比较两组患者干预前后的心理症状水平、膀胱功能恢复情况、康复质量、康复期生活质量及护理服务满意度。 结果 观察组患者干预后心理症状较对照组轻，膀胱功能恢复强于对照组，康复质量高于对照组，康复期生活质量与护理服务满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 个性化护理可以有效地提高脊髓损伤患者的康复功能水平、排尿功能恢复速度及对护理服务的满意度，降低患者心理症状水平，改善患者康复期的生活质量。 　　[关键词] 个性化护理；脊髓损伤；康复 　　[中图分类号] R493 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）11（b）-0147-03 　　Effect of personalized nursing on rehabilitation function of patients with spinal cord injury 　　XIE Xiu-ping WU Yuan CHEN Shu-di CHEN Jian-ping 　　Department of Rehabilitation，the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University，Guangzhou 510700，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of personalized nursing on rehabilitation function of patients with spinal cord injury.Methods 98 cases of patients with spinal cord injury caused by all kinds of reasons in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2013 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.All patients were given active treatment and corresponding nursing，patients in observation group added personalized nursing intervention program.Psychological symptoms level，bladder function recovery，rehabilitation quality，the quality of life in rehabilitation period and satisfaction of nursing service were compared in two groups before and after intervention.Results The psychological symptoms after intervention on patients in observation group were milder than that in control group，bladder function recovery in observation group was stronger than that in control group，rehabilitation quality in observation group was higher than that in control group，the quality of life in rehabilitation period and satisfaction of nursing service in observation group was higher than that in control group，with statistical difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Personalized nursing can effectively improve rehabilitation function level of patients with spinal cord injury，im
