喜炎平联合消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗小儿病毒性肠炎的疗效观察 　　[摘要] 目的 观察分析喜炎平联合消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗小儿病毒性肠炎的临床疗效。方法 选取我院从2012年5月～2013年5月收治的病毒性肠炎患者共74例。随机将患者分为观察组和对照组两组。其中观察组患儿采用喜炎平联合消旋卡多曲颗粒作为主要治疗方案；对照组患儿采用常规的利巴韦林为主要治疗药物，对比两组患儿止泻时间、平均治愈时间及治疗效果。 结果 观察组患儿的平均治愈时间以及止泻时间明显短于对照组患儿，两组对比有显著差异（P0.01）；而对照组患儿的治疗有效率高达91.9%，明显高于对照组的70.3%，两组对比有显著差异（P0.01）。结论 采用喜炎平联合消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗小儿病毒性肠炎能够缩短患儿的腹泻时间，具有协同的治疗效果，可提高患儿的治愈率。 　　[关键词] 喜炎平；消旋卡多曲颗粒；小儿病毒性肠炎 　　[中图分类号] R453 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2014）02-0048-03 　　The observation of the curative effect of Xiyanping combined racecadotril granules in the treatment of infantile viral enteritis 　　LIN Zengrong 　　Department of Pediatrics， Liwan Hospital of Guangzhou Medical College， Guangzhou 510170， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of Xiyanping combined racecadotril granules in the treatment of children with viral enteritis. Methods A total of 74 cases of viral enteritis in our hospital from May 2012 to May 2013 were chosen. The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control groups. The observation group was treated with Xiyanping combined racecadotril granules as the main treatment options， the control group was treated with conventional drugs ribavirin as the main treatment. Results The average healing time as well as children with diarrhea was significantly shorter than the control group of children， compared between the two groups， there were significant differences（P 0.01）. The treatment efficiency in the control group was up to 91.9%， significantly higher than 70.3% of the control group. There were significant differences compared between the two group （P 0.01）.
