中西医结合治疗更年期和电脑工作者干眼症临床效果分析比较 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨二冬玉竹汤联合人工泪液对更年期和电脑工作者干眼症的治疗效果。方法 应用前瞻性研究方法对15例更年期干眼症患者和15例电脑工作者干眼症患者，采用二冬玉竹汤联合人工泪液（爱丽）的中西医结合方法进行治疗，用药1个月后，观察二冬玉竹汤联合人工泪液对两者治疗的临床效果。结果 更年期干眼症和电脑工作者干眼症在应用中西医结合方法治疗1个月后，两组干眼症患者的泪液分泌量（SchirmerⅠ）明显增多、泪膜破裂时间（BUT）均延长、荧光素染色明显好转。二冬玉竹汤联合人工泪液对两组干眼症的治疗效果经统计学检验无明显差异（P 0.05）。结论 采用二冬玉竹汤口服联合人工泪液（爱丽）滴眼是一种治疗更年期干眼症和电脑工作者干眼症的个体化治疗手段，既可以明显改善患者的临床症状，又能够增加泪液的分泌量，延长患者的泪膜破裂时间，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词] 干眼症；二冬玉竹汤；人工泪液；更年期；电脑工作者 　　[中图分类号] R777 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2013）36-0103-02 　　The clinical effect of dry eye in treatment of menopause population and computer workers using chinese combined western medicine therapy： A comparative analysis 　　HU Zhenxian 　　Department of Ophthalmology， Zhejiang Provincial Tongde Hospital， Hangzhou 310012， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To conduct the clinical analysis on the effect of dry eye treatment in menopause population and computer workers using Erdongyuzhu decoction combined with artificial tears. Methods Two dry eye disease cohorts， one comprised of 15 menopause patients and the other of 15 computer workers， were treated with Erdongyuzhu decoction with artificial tears （Ellie） in Chinese combined western medicine therapy. One month after the treatment， the clinical effect on the two cohorts were evaluated through forward-looking studies. Results One month after the application of Erdongyuzhu decoction with artificial tears， both cohorts experienced a significant increase in tear secretion （Schirmer I）， the breakup time of tear film （BUT） as well as an improvement in fluorescein vital staining. No statistical significant differences were observed in the effects between two cohorts（P0.05）. Conclusion The application of Erdongyuzhu decoction combined with artificial tears （Ellie） in the dry eye treatment of menopause population and computer workers would give consideration to both the permanent cure with Erdongyuzhu decoction and the relief of symptoms with artificial tears.
