基于PLC的电梯自动运行系统的设计 郑州轻工业学院 本科毕业设计（论文） 题 目 __基于plc的电梯自动运行系统的设计 学生姓名 杨攀峰 专业班级 自动化10-1 学 号 541001010146 院 （系） 电气信息工程学院 指导教师(职称) 刁智华(副教授) 完成时间 2014 年05 月 10 日  PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT V 摘要 现代都市，电梯对高层住户来说是真心不能或缺的，是一天也不可缺少的出行工具，与水、电、气等生活必须品具有同等重要的作用。随着人们生活水平的不断提高，对电梯的期望越来越高，特别是电梯的可靠性、乘坐的舒适性、节能程度和运行速度等受到广泛关注。目前电梯控制系统主要有三种控制方式：继电器控制系统、PLC控制系统、微机控制系统。PLC控制系统由于运行可靠性高，使用维修方便，抗干扰性强,设计和调试周期较短等优点，倍受人们重视，已成为目前在电梯控制系统中使用最多的控制方式，本文在阐述电梯的结构和可编程控制器的结构和工作原理的基础上，针对4层电梯，使用西门子S7-200可编程控制器，设计了电梯的控制系统。 关键词：四层电梯；控制系统；可编程控制器 Automatic Elevator Running System Based On PLC ABSTRACT In modern cities, elevator has been the high-rise residential users’ most intimate partner, which is also indispensable and equally important with water, electricity, gas and other necessities of life. With people’s living standard unceasing enhancement, expectations of the elevator is higher and higher, especially the elevator degree of reliability, riding comfort, energy saving and speed has been widely concerned. At present there are three main ways for the elevator control system: relay control system, PLC control system, the microcomputer control system. because of high reliability, convenient operation and maintenance, strong anti-interference, the shorter design and debug cycle, PLC control system has been attached importance to by more and more people and become a current in the elevator control system used in most ways, this article based on the structure of the elevator and the structure and working principle of programmable controller designs the elevator control system for 4 layer elevator by using the Siemens S7-200 programmable controller.
