The deviation of the vertical center line of the base and the baseline can not exceed 5mm in the full length. 地脚螺栓孔位置、预留孔位置、管道预留沟槽位置、工程预埋件的位置、垂直度及中心线偏差均应符合图样和电建规要求。 Anchor bolt hole, reserved hole, reserved slot in the pipe, embedded parts, verticality and axis deviation shall all comply with drawings and electrical construction regulatory requirements. 凿除基础表面浮浆层Smoothing the surface of the base 修平汽轮发电机水泥表面 ，修平混凝土基础上要安装基础的那些部分的不平整表面。应根据图纸中所示的尺寸来进行修平工作。修平时要注意使 混凝土的加强钢筋不暴露出来。 修平工作之后，与修平表面标高 齐平地切去各地脚螺栓套的头部 Smoothen the cement surface of the turbo-generator, smoothen the uneven surface of concrete foundation on which the base is set up. Smoothen according to the drawing. Make sure the reinforcement steel is not exposed. After smoothing, cut off the head of bolts. 斜垫铁的布置与配制layout and configuration of the pad block 放垫铁的位置应凿出新的坚实平整的毛面，保证铲除区比垫铁四周宽30～40mm，渗透在基础上的油污必须清除干净。 Pad block should be placed on newly carved even solid surface. Make sure the newly carved area is 30～40mm larger than pad block in its four directions.
