· 542 · CLINICALEXPERIENCE ProtectiveEffectsofthePreCOnditiOningwithDifferent DosesofSodium AescinateonTourniquet--induced IschemicReperfusion YANGGuang(杨 光),CUISu-yang(崔苏扬),andHUANGLi-bing(黄礼兵) ABSTRACT objecfive:Toevaluatetheprotectiveeffectsofsodiumaescinate(SA)preconditioningonthe tourniquet-inducedischemia-repeffusion(I/R)injuryafterIimbsoperation.Methods:Seventy-fivepatientswith grade I-ⅡissuedbyAmericanSocieytofAnesthesiologyundergoinglowerlimbopemtionwererandomly assignedto3groups:thecontrolgroup,low-doseSA-treatedgroupandhigh_doseSA—treatedgroup;each groupenrolled25patients.Thepatientsweretreatedwith5mgand10mgSA30minbefore tourniquetinflation inthetwotreatmentgroupsseparately.whilethepatientsinthecontroIgroupreceivednormaIsaline.Venous bloodsampleswereobtainedbeforetourniquetwasjnflated(TObaseline).And5(T1),10(T2),2O(T3)minafter tourniquetwasreleased.Thenitricoxide(NO),maIondiaIdehyde(MDA)andsuperoxidedismutase(SOD)Ievels weredeterminedbycommerciaJkits.Meanwhile,arteriaJpressure(MAP)andheadrate(HR)weremonitorde from anautomaticinvigilator.Results:InthecontroIgroup,MDA andNO levelswereincreased,andSODand MAPweredecreasedsignificantlyaftertourniquetdeflationcomparedtoTObaselinefPO.05)。Aftertourniquet deflation,MDA andNO Ievelsinthetwotreatedgroupsweresignificantlydecreased;meanwhile,SOD Ievels andMAPwereincreased,andthevariationsofHRweremorestablecomparedwiththecontroIgroup (all P0.05).TherewasnosignificantdifferenceinalIoftheabovebetweenthetwotreatedgroups(P0.05). Conclusion:TheprotectiveeffectsofSApreconditioningontourniquet—inducedlimbI/Rinjurymightpossibly contributetotheincreasingofSODIevels.andMAPandthedecreasingofMDAandNO Ievels.
