中国轧钢工业的前瞻 1 2 3 3 张进之 ， 张永光 ，佘广夫，胡绅涛 （1．中国钢研科技集团公司，北京 100081；2 ．中国科学院系统科学研究所，北京 100080； 3.攀钢热轧钢厂，四川攀枝花 617000 ） 摘要：分析了我国轧钢工业的现状，指出当前我们的轧钢产品与德国和日本的主要差距在于板型质量的差距。 为了避免继续大规模引进，出路在于发展国内的创新研究。作者使用了本文提出的Φ 函数建立了优化的Φ 轧制 规程，根据作者研究的解析板型理论，用连轧机带钢出口板凸度的实测值得到ΔΦ ，实现了用动态修改轧制规程 达到控制板型的目的。该方法在攀钢的实验已获得初步成功，实验进入最后阶段，该成果有希望向国内大量自 主改造的冷热连轧线推广。 关键词：连轧机板型控制；轧制压力曲线；数学模型；Φ 函数；动态修改轧制规程； A Look Forward of Rolling Mill in China 1 2 3 3 ZHANG Jinzhi , ZHANG Yongguang , SHE Guangfu , HU Shentao (1.China Iron Steel Research Institute Group, Beijing 100081, China; 2.Institute of Systems Science, AMSS, Beijing 100080, China;3. Panzhihua Iron and Steel Plant, Panzhihua 617000,Sichuan, China) Abstract:This paper have analysed the situation of rolling mill industry in China, pointed that the difference of rolling strip productions between China and the others, for example, Germany, Japan and US focus on the strip shape. To avoind import more in large scale again, the manner is only depends on the innovations in China. The Author have used the Φ function established a Φ scheduling, and then obtained ΔΦ by using the mesure of strip shape at the output of rolling stands, so achieve the shape control. Now this new program has been doing experiement in Panzhihua Iron and Steel Plant, and we have obtained prome achievement already. This result could spread to the other steel plants thos want to make innovationfro rolling mill.
