At the same time it is also display the will and interests for the countries in the cultural field. Since the reform and opening up, the PRC and government have issued a series of cultural policies, which not only point to different stages of development and social management objectives, but also constitute the cultural governance of political performance. The cultural policy has undergone tremendous change in the direction of de-politicized, two civilizations together, culture and the increasing importance of the concept of innovation has become a new era of cultural policies and cultural trends. Thus, at the cultural governance, we try to analysis the cultural policies at the political significance.
