毕业论文 （20_ _届） 萧山纺织企业供应链管理环境下的采购管理研究 摘 要 纺织业在中国是一个劳动密集程度高和对外依存度较大的产业。在纺织企业的成本中，原材料占主营业务成本的比例约为60%至70%，据有关部门近期的抽样调查，劳动力成本、原材料价格、环保等叠加到一起已经令企业的综合成本上升了20至30%左右。纺织业业内专家认为，从中国环境看，纺织业难点是“三率两价”，即利率、出口退税率、汇率和劳动力价格以及原材料价格。因此，分析企业采购过程重出现的问题，采取采购策略，降低企业采购成本，缓解企业劳动力成本、人民币升值、出口退税的压力，就显得尤为重要了。 本文就对采购管理进行探索，主要研究的是萧山纺织业采购管理的现状，存在的问题，研究如何在供应链管理环境下加强采购管理，降低采购成本的方法，并提供策略和解决方案，引起纺织企业对采购管理的重视，最大程度上降低纺织业的采购成本，赢得市场竞争优势，希望为纺织业发展提供一些帮助。 关键词：；； Abstract Textile industry in China is a labor intensity high and external dependence larger industry.
